Since joining surgery in September I have found it is of a very high standard the receptionists are very professional. I have had to request urgent appointments on a couple of occasions and have been given them on the day within 2 hours. I have visited the nursing team on 3 appointments and find them excellent

Very difficult to get an appointment unless you are ok with waiting two weeks. Only ever seen my own doctor once in 2 years, so it's pot luck whom you get, which can then lead to issues with on going care as each doctor has to then review your case every time.

I have been treated to various problems over the past 29 years and cannot speak too highly of the practice staff. Doctors, nurses and receptionist have, without exception always treated me effectively, with good humoured courtesy. Today was no exception either.
